We detected a bug with the attribute `timestamp` regarding all unconfirmed transactions for all UTXO-based blockchains where it was set in milliseconds instead of seconds.

The bug has now been fixed for the following endpoints:

1.List Unconfirmed Transactions by Address
2.List All Unconfirmed Transactions

Now the attribute `timestamp` is now set in seconds.
